The Freedom that cannot be taken away

For 250 years, our nation has celebrated the blessings of liberty. We thank god for the remarkable freedoms we enjoy - especially the freedom to gather openly as the church of Jesus Christ. Around the world, many believers must worship in secret. Some risk imprisonment, persecution, or death simply for reading the Scriptures or confessing Christ. We out never to take that privilege lightly. But the greatest freedom humanity ever lost was fellowship with God, and greatest freedom Christ gives is deliverance from sin, Satan, death, and the curse.
